hold, layaway, or pay later policy on jewelry or clothing.

RETURNS | REFUNDS:

Our store will gladly accept returns, If you receive an defective or damaged merchandise during transition, please contact Customer Support immediately by emailing sljewelryshop@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the package. Photo Proof of package with incorrect, defective or damaged item will be required in order to issue a full refund.

SHIPPING POLICY:

SL Jewelry shop orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday-Saturday.
It takes 2-3 business days to process orders before they are shipped out.
